Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of products to the carrier.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, J&A ATELIER, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO J&A ATELIER FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Any arbitration or legal proceeding shall occur in Johnson County, Kansas.
