J&A Atelier is committed to delivering your order efficiently, securely, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During periods of high volume, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier but generally range between:

  • 3–7 business days for standard domestic shipping

  • 1–3 business days for expedited shipping (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions (THC Products)

Serenité products contain hemp-derived THC and are shipped in compliance with federal law and applicable state regulations.

  • Orders containing hemp-derived THC products may only be shipped to states where such products are legally permitted.

  • J&A Atelier reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that violates applicable laws or shipping regulations.

  • An adult signature may be required upon delivery.

  • Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase hemp-derived products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand their local laws before ordering.

Alcohol Content Disclosure

J&A Atelier beverages are non-alcoholic. Certain expressions may contain trace amounts of ethanol from natural flavor extractions, not exceeding 0.5% ABV.

Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

J&A Atelier is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@jaatelier.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

J&A Atelier is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

Returns Related to Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by J&A Atelier.

Compliance Notice

All hemp-derived products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. We reserve the right to modify shipping practices to remain compliant with evolving state and federal regulations.
