NOIR WINE FAQ

What is a noir wine alternative?

A noir wine alternative is a beverage crafted to deliver the depth, structure, and ritual of classic red wine without alcohol. J&A Atelier noir alt-wines are formulated from first principles using grape juice, wine vinegars, and natural botanicals.

What is the difference between SIMPLE Noir and SERENITE Noir?

SIMPLE Noir is a pure non-alcoholic noir wine alternative with 0.0% ABV and no THC. SERENITE Noir is a THC-infused noir alt-wine with 10mg of hemp-derived THC per can and 0.0% ABV. Both are preservative-free and crafted from the same first-principles approach.

Are J&A Atelier noir alt-wines dealcoholized?

No. Unlike most non-alcoholic red wines, J&A Atelier noir expressions are not dealcoholized. They are built from scratch, no alcohol is ever added or removed. This means no residual fermentation notes and no ultra processing.

What does SIMPLE Noir taste like?

SIMPLE Noir has a smooth, richly layered character with dark cherry, black tea, and oak-inspired notes. Silky structure, refreshing acidity, and length. Pairs well with charcuterie, roasted vegetables, and mushroom risotto.

How should J&A Atelier noir alt-wines be served?

Serve chilled at 54 to 57 degrees F. Pour into a wine glass to bring out the full aroma and sensory depth of whichever Noir expression you choose.
